Peer Coaching
Meeting with assigned buddies outside of WCI teleclasses is an exciting way to practice your skills and tap into a coaching community. You will be well-prepared before you are asked to do this starting in week 2 or 3 of your teleclass. Many buddies stay connected far past their course; some as friends, some as business partners and some for the purpose of continued coaching sessions and personal growth.
How it works
- You are paired with one other student each week.
- The two of you will meet via telephone outside of class for one hour. You will together find a suitable time to meet; it's really up to you and your schedules.
- You will coach your buddy for 30 minutes and your buddy will coach you for 30 minutes. You may record and review your sessions to advance your skills even more!
